Shipping
- Orders are processed in 3 - 5 business days.
- Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
- Packages may be shipped separately depending on the source and availability.
- Shipping costs depend on the amount of products in each order and destination, as well as the selected shipping option.
- Shipping takes 2 - 5 business days.
- Currently shipping is only available in the United States (and US Territories) and Canada.
Returns
Zoetic3 will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 14 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
